Traditional Beef Droewors
Original air cured strips of thin Beef sausage. We make our Droewors with trimmed shoulder cuts of British Beef which are then minced & flavoured with a South African mix of Herbs & Spices. This mix is then filled into natural sheeps casings and hung to Air-Dry under controlled temperatures.
Ingredients: 85% Beef, Spices, Rusk & Preservative
