Peri-Peri Beef Droewors (AVAILABLE IN STORE ONLY)
Air Cured strips of thin Beef sausage. We make our droewors with trimmed shoulder cuts of British Beef which are then minced & flavoured with a South African mix of herbs & Spices. This mix is then filled into natural sheeps casings & hung to Air-Dry under controlled temperatures.
Ingredients: 85% Beef, Spices, Rusk & Preservative
