Dried Cheesewors
Air Cured strips of thin Beef & Pork Sausage. We make our Cheesewors with trimmed shoulder cuts of British Beef & Pork which are then minced & flavoured with a South African mix of herbs & Spices. We then an abundance of English Mature Cheddar Cheese. This mix is then filled into natural sheeps casings & hung to Air-Dry under controlled temperatures.
Ingredients: 50% Beef, 30% Pork, Cheese, Spices, Rusk & Preservative
ALLERGENS: WHEATFLOUR,CHEESE (MILK) SODIUM SULPHITE (Spices from Factory that use Eggs)
